Abstract

|
Pulsatile tinnitus is an uncommon otologic symptom. Pulsatile tinnitus originates from several causes, including intracranial hypertension, glomus tumors and atherosclerotic vascular disease. History and physical examination can give important information as to the underlying diagnosis. Radioloraphic evaluation is essential in all patients with pulsatile tinnitus. We present two case of dolichoectasia of the vertebral artery detected incidentally in patients with tinnitus.
